FresheeTM is always happy and delighted to ship products that you love. If for some reason you wish to return or exchange your products, we will happily accept returns of unused merchandise in its original condition at the time of purchase. Please do not open the product you do not wish to use as it disturbs the packing and loses its freshness.

For the items purchased on https://freshee.in/, we offer a full refund (except gift wrapping and shipping expenses associated with the order) if returned in their original condition within 15 days of purchase.

Kindly include the following information along with your return, and please drop us an email of the same at online.enquiry@rossari.com The information must include your name, address, phone number, the word ‘refund’, and original order number. As soon as we receive the item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will refund the credit/debit card used to purchase the item. Please note, that it takes an average of 15 days business days to refund a credit/debit card.

Please mention your Google Pay or Paytm numbers if any for a refund.

Once we receive your returned item, we will send out the desired item in two days, depending on the availability. We will contact you for your information if there is a balance due for the new item before shipping it out. You will receive a confirmation email when the new item ships, and you can track it through the shipping track number accordingly.
